Bruce has over 40 years of experience working in the custom rubber industry and a wealth of knowledge about the manufacturing of molded rubber and engineering of products. Bruce is instrumental in maintaining effective supply chain management including acquisition of the materials and components necessary for manufacturing, overseeing the various manufacturing processes of the product and ensuring the shipment of product Is the highest quality—in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.
His insight and attention to detail helps determine efficient tool design as well as ensuring that the most effective and efficient process is implemented from the beginning.
Bruce’s experience in the field allows him to successfully produce difficult jobs that other manufacturers have been unable to produce.
SEAN MASON
Production Manager
With 15 years of hands on experience, Sean has mastered the art of molding as well as the necessary support operations. His dedication, expertise and knowledge of production capabilities have allowed him to be innovative in all aspects of the production process. These attributes enable him to streamline the manufacturing of product and to ensure product is being produced with the utmost efficiency while still having an emphasis on quality—which is never compromised. His equipment knowledge allows him to provide upfront input in tool design as well as considerations for future acquisitions of technologically advanced manufacturing equipment as they become available.
KEITH MOON
Sales / Customer Service Manager
Keith has spent over 35 years working in the custom rubber industry with most of that time being spent in sales and customer service. Through his experience, he is able to aid and foster lasting customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer requirements. Keith also establishes partnerships with various vendors and provides insight into the best manufacturing process for products to be produced efficiently and to the customers’ requirements in order to develop lasting relationships and exceed customer expectations.
JOAN BARR
Quality Manager
Joan brings 20 years of experience in the various operations involved in the manufacturing of product. Joan’s expertise ensures that the established quality standards of Mason Rubber and our customers are being met or surpassed. Joan believes that no detail is too small and because of that, she oversees all aspects of the manufacturing processes. While final inspection of product is critical, Joan also ensures quality is being met with the raw materials and components used to manufacture the product and during various stages of the manufacturing process.
