Fixing Custom Rubber Molding Defects

After a conversation about the issues they were facing, the Mason Rubber team reviewed the part currently in production and determined that while the part was being manufactured correctly, the mold release agent that the previous company had used was compromising the strength of the molded rubber diaphragm. Mason Rubber suggested a different release agent that would allow the part to retain its original mechanical properties. That was in 2011 and Mason Rubber has been manufacturing this part for ThermOmegaTech ever since.
